Nov. 3rd Steak Diane Grilled
8oz center-cut beef tenderloin, prepared to your liking, finished with a
pan sauce of brandy, beef demi-glace, and a touch of cream and mustard.

Nov. 10th Hunter Style Short Ribs
Beef short ribs seasoned, braised, and slow-roasted with vegetables,
finished in beef demi-glace with fall spices.

​

Nov. 17th Pepper Steak Sirloin
Our club’s sirloin, grilled to your liking, highlighted with wok-seared onions,
peppers, and bamboo shoots, finished with a sweet ginger-soy glaze.

Nov. 24th Chimichurri Strip Steak
12oz NY strip steak, grilled to your liking, finished with a bold and
savory sauce of parsley, garlic, fresh oregano, and spices.

SATURDAY SHRIMP FRENZY

Nov. 4th Stuffed Shrimp
Four jumbo shrimp with our club's crab cake,
seasoned and broiled to perfection, finished with butter sauce.

Nov. 11th Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp
Five jumbo shrimp wrapped in hickory-smoked bacon, broiled
to perfection, served on a bed of rice, finished with a mango salsa and BBQ drizzle.

​

Nov. 18th Coconut Shrimp
Five jumbo shrimp encrusted with sweet coconut, fried to a golden brown,
highlighted with pineapple salsa and a sweet chili glaze.

​

Nov. 25th Tempura Shrimp
Five jumbo shrimp in tempura batter, fried to a golden brown,
served with jasmine rice, broccoli, and a General Tso’s sauce.
