Wed. 18th Grilled Caesar w/ Shrimp

Seasoned hearts of Romaine, grilled to perfection topped with
creamy dressing, shaved Italian cheese blend and a sweet balsamic drizzle
finished with jumbo shrimp & garlic bread

Wed. 25th Greek Salmon Salad

Bed of mixed greens topped with tomatoes, cucumbers,
red onion, kalamata olives & feta cheese finished with
Greek dressing & crowned with Atlantic Salmon.

then we add chicken, shrimp and chorizo sausage finished with garlic,

Jumbo shrimp, bacon and sausage simmered with vegetables

seasoned to perfection & served over creamy cheddar grits

 

Friday 27th Seafood Etouffee

A New Orleans stew loaded with shrimp & crab seasoned to

A combination of bronzed salmon, stuffed flounder
and lemon pepper haddock finished with a lobster cream sauce.

Saturday 14th

An Asian trio of haddock tempura, seared ahi tuna
and sesame crusted haddock finished with soy ginger glaze.

Saturday 21st

Broiled haddock, pan seared trout and a fillet
of flounder seasoned to perfection finished with a herbed picatta sauce.

Saturday 28th

An island combo of apricot glazed salmon, bronzed mahi
and lemon butter barramundi finished with a pineapple salsa and peach glaze.
